Welcome to the CDNL Winter League for 2024/25.
The courts at Netherhall are being resurfaced and will be ready for the start of the season. We have been assured that all five courts will now only have netball and tennis markings so we will be using court 5 on a regular basis.
The fixtures will run from 14 September to 29 March – note that the last three weekends, namely 15 March, 22 March and 29 March will be “spare weekends”. Please keep these dates available for any rearranged matches.
If any weekends have to be cancelled for any reason, the fixtures for that whole day will be moved en masse to the first spare weekend. A second cancellation to the second spare weekend and so on. So any umpires you had for the rescheduled games, do not automatically assume they will still be able to umpire the new date – do check with them.
The playoffs will be on 12 April 2025 – to take into account the extra three “spare” dates
The AGM tournament this year will be held on 10 May at Netherhall

PS It is with great sadness that we tell you Jets have contacted us to indicate that, after careful consideration, they will have to pull out of CDNL this season. With the fixtures already arranged, we are unable to reconfigure them so if you are playing Jets, consider this a bye – Jets will arrange for the scoring commitments to be covered by themselves or by willing volunteers throughout the season
